All,

Can anyone tell me how to wire up a metro electronic dizzi for use in an A plus Mini.
As I understand it the modulator has three pins but you only use two one from each side of the coil. Problem is which side of the coil goes to which pin as 50/50 odds of destroying the dizzie don't appeal to me if I get it wrong.
Also what's the third pin for??????

Simon, just checked KYMA II where they had a step by step Metro swap. Sorry, no bloody help at all! All they say is that many Metros had an electronic dizzy which can be wired into a Mini!! Dohh! Then they say but even beter ...fit an Alden Dizzy!! two pictures also no help one is right where the crease is!!! AFAIK Mike R has fiddled with Metros and may remember about the Dizzy - check with him at the next meeting? otherwise I know how to contact him

Maybe try one of the Brit websites - sure to cover it!!

Cheers, Mick
