S wheels WILL fit, with 40mm spacers.... They will stick out another 15mm but I guess you could fit Innocenti or Group 2 flares. You would need longer studs than S ones too, these are available on MS site. 8)

Illegal? Hell, most of ours are illegal already.. I know of 3 1978 Clubbies, 2 with 1132 cc,
1 with a 1380 & Weber- not an air pump, gulp valve or air ports in sight.

In NSW, nobody seems to care. You fit a 1275, they say "has it got discs?"
Yep, they don't care what- could be 7" 997 discs... :P

I sent an email to Bob- but maybe he's busy. Send him a message..

I know he's got another pair of Honda calipers & discs already..

I'm busy this week fixing 1380s- one had a broken crank, (too many revs), the other has a fooked 2nd gear & cluster, ( too much torque, or too many quick shifts..)...

<EDIT> Update: it turned out that some wally (not me!) had assembled this S box without the needle bearing on the mainshaft nose. It was using the 4th gear synchro ring (was in 3 pcs) as a bearing- the torque of the 1380 had kicked the mainshaft at an angle and twisted 4 teeth off the cluster and 2 off 2nd gear. Ouch!
It's back together now- new S cluster, layshaft, all bearings and a bunch of S/H Mini-K bits.. 8)
