fitting the rear bin is easy, so long as the panel you cut out is the proper size. when fitting it you just push with all your life and then it pops into place.
i wouldnt recomend mdf for anything, as soon as it get's wet...... yeah i know you can seal it but marine ply/ply wood is better for trimming in my opinion. i'll try and resize those pics today. and i'll get you guys more pics of the back end brb

here are the carpet sets from know auto carpets, i'll tell you how they turn out in a week and tell you if they are worth it or not, seem pretty good to begin with all the lumps and bumps are in place. i'll make a photo gallery for fitting them
