Thats easy.
1. Follow driver in front as per normal, under given circumstances (weather, light, time)
2. Watch Ford drivers' moves as per normal
3. Check speed, then look back up to see that Ford driver is braking.
4. Begin to depress brake pedal to slow down owns car.
5. Watch as Ford driver brakes suddenly.
6. Do everything you can to slow down in time - whether this be handbrake, hard foot braking, changing into second, swearing, or a combination of them all.
7. Hope to pull up in time, but at the same time know that you wont.
8. Proceed to drive into Ford owners' bumper and hence causing damage to owns car.
9. Park up around the corner and assess damage.
10. Drive home, via getting a few quotes to repair.
