where are u going to mount the condensor?
im putting aircon in my car as well, and would love to get some of the components out of the engine bay.
i thought the hoses would cost a lot, are u using the rubber or aluminum tube stuff to run under the car?

Rubber will be cheaper it's the ends that are exspensive and I have the
Alloy pipes to cut the ends off anyways to make a custom kit if I want.

It's roughly $80 per pipe I'm told.

I'd be going alloy under the car. The tubes in an AC setup are only 6, 8, maybe 10mm outside, whereas a flexible hose for the same job is about 20 or 25mm.

ok, so i have been busy, i thought i would post up some photos, recently i have had of my tank modified for injection, it sits a little lower then my tank it self not by much, has the been all set up for injection properly now :D

I will use 2 right angled brass fittings and two pipes, will be nice & neat and less lines to run as my fuel reg will be on the heel board of the rear subframe.

the nusts were so jammed up there was only one way to come out, i did one side joe took a more angry approach with the angle grinder hehe.

we got the suckers out!

i got my side out slowly while joe got his out pretty quick with the grinder lol

After having them in the van, I can't go back to cones :)

Last side is the fuel tank side and I'm all done :)

The. Adjusting Time. Are you running yours very low? I'm going for
Normal ride height

Origonally i was running it very low, but a knocking sound had me raise the ride height. It is now about where it was when i had the rubber cones in it.

I could probably go another 10mm lower at the rear and 5mm at the front if i wanted with no worries.

If you are comming tomorrow night to Munchies you could come and measure it up.

Ive seen the kit in person and it looks great. If it goes as well as it looks then its going to be something else.
