No the stubstaks shown are not currently available anywhere that I know of.
Maybe I could make up a few pair- I'd need to work out pricing for materials, my labour etc.
I'll let you know.

If running a 45 Weber, Russell Engineering already makes a full 360* radius stack which is very short, but U can just fit a sock to it. Nice if you have room... won't fit Dellortos though.

Hey Doc I've asked you about these before... I'd possibly be interested too if you decide to make them. I spoke to Russell Eng the other day about their stacks. Which would you recommend as the better option, your stub stacks with the ramflo or theirs with a sock? How effective is a sock as a filter? Is there any risk of engine damage?

Socks are good, if you have room. I don't..
Graham's stacks won't fit a Dellorto without mods. They are a little longer too- probably too long for a Ramflo filter.
We dynoed Baracade's 1380 road motor at Xmas- has 45DCOE, 286 cam, we got 110HP with Graham Russell's stacks, 110HP with socks on 'em. Made no difference to power.
For a road motor, I would oil them- for the track many leave dry, or just spray them with WD40.
