im running a holley blue electric pump and the the holley fuel regulator which has been modified for boost so that its rising rate.

this worked great with 6psi boost as was easy setup, cause you can use std line without the return. But as the pump is only 14psi pressure , and fuel pressure has to be 3-4psi above boost at all times this limits the boost to 10psi.

i think james (kazjim) modified his pump for more pressure but not sure how.

so in theory should work at 10psi , but was not flowing enough fuel at drags for the full 400m and the engine was emptying carb befor pump could fill it at 10psi.

so what im doing now, tank is replaced with injection tank (injection pump is 2bar i believe so plenty pressure) and malpassi regulator as that has fiting for return line. will be adding 8mm return line and feed line will be upped to 8mm to.

thats how my turbo is fueled, works great. the SPi pump has 2.7 bar, the MPi nearly 4bar, but not sure about the volume. but its reasonably easy to fit an other in-tank pump if thats not enough

hi ben,
just wondering where you sourced your spi tank from?
im going to do the setup in a van would it be easier to get the existing tank modded to run a return?

and also which type of 5.125" trigger wheel did you buy from trigger-wheels.com was it the ring gear type (and then you drilled holes into the pulley and mounted) or was it the trigger wheel with the 1/2 pilot hole
thanks

His trigger wheel was the ring gear type, I machined the harmonic balancer to suit.
