Looking good Adam, are you going for the twin box RC40 ?, or by the look of it , no, still if its to loud you can always put a resonator in pretty easy... :D . Its going to be interesting when we meet at the next dyno day.... :D

The first thing you should do before any disassembly is to thoroughly clean the exterior with the high pressure cleaner to get rid of all the crap on the outside. It makes it so much easier and cleaner to do the stripping down if it isn't covered in inches of oily crap. It also keeps all your tools clean. Just remember you can't be too clean when it comes to engine rebuilds. Have lots of clean cloth on hand and lots of degreaser. Laquer thinners also works well for cleaning parts but the fumes can be nasty.

Edit: Looks like I'm a little late with this. I will have to learn to go to page 4 instead of only looking at page 1.

Some more goodies, only one more thing and the engine can go together as soon as gr is ready all i need are my main bearing bolts.

got leccy ignition from john, after talking to him i chose this one over the pulsar dizzy, one main reason was that its brand new. and that i trust his guidance.

some bits from mini sport

and a rebuilt master cylinder to complete my fully rebuilt brake system, :) safety First :)
i put the clutch arm in the pic to show how damn good it looks that is the clean metal of the master cylinder, which i think is amazing at how damn good and better than new it came up

Look good mate 8) just out of curiosity, how much did it cost to recondition your master cylinders? I was going to go new, but they look like they came up really good!
