My father in-law has a button under the carpet slightly above the accelerator pedal in his Celica GT-4, you have to press the button in with your foot to get the power to the dizzy(or EFI I don't recall) till it's started. :D

Very easy to do I'm told- $15 worth of stuff from dick smiths. He's going to give me a hand to do it with Mack one day. I can find out the basics if you want.
