 Post subject: some help with brakes???

hi everybody,
can someone please help me with this little problem i have . i have been offered a set of disc brakes of a morris 1100 for a very good price.
now, can anybody tell me if it is possible to fit these to a mini, and what modifications i will need to do (if any) to fit them????

all i'l say is if it is over 100 forget it
and i think it is herd to make them fit

i hear this asked a lot, and I hear the same answer a lot - forget it! Hubs are taller(?) and won't fit.

it can be done but its not really worth the hassle.

the one everybody seems to forget is moke discs.

as long as you are going to run 12's its no problem and moke disc set ups are cheap as crap.

Moke disk setups are the same as 8.4" late Mini disks, and they are not cheap anymore! Do you have a cheap source for them?

But I agree, the 1100 disk conversion, while possible, is not worth the hassles. You can't fit them under 10" rims either. You would be better off doing the Honda conversion, as it's probably less work.
