Dunno but Gareth_1330 put Koni car ones on his van back then, they worked OK.
I had a sneaking suspicion that gen van ones are a tad longer.

,edit> But my parts list shows not. Vans do have a rubber buffer on the top of the threads inside the van, though.

Van shocks are the same as Moke ones, which are 30mm longer than sedan ones. However, just put sedan ones on, thats what I did. ;)

 Is that more expensive than say dunnydore or jap car shocks?Been quite a while since I bought any shocks, so I have no idea.

The rears on JAM were different to eachother. Someone had done a dodgy....

You can get shocks cheap in the UK, as Jim had pointed out. I got a postage quote once, was twice the value of the shocks!

Not sure, but would be thinking they would be the same price as anything else.

You will pay alot more if you go to pedders or somewhere like that, so get them from a Mini dealer.

JAM, you want to go good stuff like SPAX or Koni's? Or just get ya average no name brand?

On a van the problem is not so much the length, but the width of the top part of the shocker. There is more room on a sedan in the shock tower area.

eg: Konis for a Mni sedan will not fit into a Moke or Van rear shock tower (too wide). :(

Standard ones fit fine. Others seem to be able to put Koni's and that into vans, however.
