Does anyone know what is the correct internal diameter to ream newly pressed in valve guides on a 1275 head to?

Actually, it's 0.28125", aka 9/32".
Get a solid reamer, not an adjustable one. The running clearance needed is built into the valve stem diameter.
NEVER fit bronze guides without reaming the suckers afterwards- they close in during fitment, and can grab your valves. Results are not pretty.
