alot of patience....

WD40 always helps......

i ended up putting in my rear window with screwdrivers ... and put the locking stip in with a small ring spanner....which made it quite hard.....

i made the glass all soapy so it slipped in quite well - and instead of a screwdriver i used the corner of a plastic paint mixer thingy (which wasnt going to break the glass)

and as harvey said - patience

Leave the rubber sit out in the sun for half a day so it get's a little softer first , tried to do one in a Goulburn winter once and it wasn't fun .....

To remove an old screen you can use a hammer or a stanley knife. It depends if you are keeping the rubber or the screen.

to remove an old one pry out the locking strip, and then grab a stanley knife and cut along where the locking stip was, then the window pops out.
i havnt fitting one back to the car yet but make sure you put a bit of silastic to the inside groove where the windscreen goes in, to prevent any water issues later on in life
