As the title says Will a weber DCOE style carby work with forced induction, eg turbo setup or super charger, in either config eg before or aftter turbo

I've seen webber pre-supercharger before, which means it should work like that for turbo but after boost..... Never seen that.

Lotus Esprit Turbo ran a modified Dellorto 45DHLA, so yes.
There was a kit in UK from Janspeed used one too. (see Vizard's yellow book).
A guy in Denmark? (Jukka) also did one on a Mini with a Dellorto.

<edit> all 3 were blow-thrus.

Marcello (Iwannamini) had a turbo setup with a draw through webber or dellorto (can't remember which) for sale last year but I don't know if he ran it or bought it and then sold it .

The answer is yes for both on turbo engines, but the best (cheapest/easiest/tunable) option for blow through is to use the SU as found on the metro turbo. Engines over 200bhp have been built many times over and there is plenty of info available.

The weber/dellorto needs a restrictor plate over the mouth of the carby to create a pressure rise in the fuel bowl under boost and operate properly (for blow through). How big and style of the restrictor I wouldn't know and is the $64,000 question I guess.

Running draw through is pretty much as N/A, just more air to cope with I guess, can't run an intercooler though (becomes an explosive device on backfire).

If u blow through the brass floats will collapse under boost pressure, there are light solid floats (hi density foam ? ) available to solve this problem.
