Hi all, can you still buy liners for 1275's ? Idont need any just wondering if there out there, if so what would one expect to pay for them? With all the over bored motors out there i spose someone will want some oneday .[/img] |

You must be able to, I had to have a cylinder re-sleeved after rust ate a hole in the cylinder wall. Tim |

Russell Engineering in Sydney gets them from somewhere, he can sleeve a 1380 back to 1275. Not cheap to do though... ![]() |

I'm building an S motor for a mate that just had 2 sleeves fitted, and then block bored to +.030", all by CB Performance in Seven Hills. Pistons are Hypatecs. Looks a neat job, not sure what cost was, but I bet nothing like $240 per hole for the sleeve job.. |
