o.k. stupid noob question time

is a T2 turbo off a nissan exa going to be to small for a 1310 motor on low boost not looking to get the most power but don't want to buy the wrong one

Engine is going to be 1310 ballanced, lightened flywheel,

Head BMW twin cam it was going to be NA but for a little more stuffing around i can give it a Huffa ..
so to use a T2 or go for something more common like a T25

As always thanks Guys
Beanie :D

the t2 off a exa will be fine for a fair bit of power remember the exa is 1.5L.

on my 1100 it made full boost around 3500rpm (10psi) thats with the 0.47ar turbine housing, guys in the uk use the 0.35ar housing to get full boost around 2500rpm .

the t2 is rated about 160hp so plenty for a 1300cc motor on low boost

just make sure it has no thrust play otherwise wont last long, these turbos are fairly old now so alot are not real good condition unless they have be reconditioned. They are very compact (pysically) so easy to fit in somewhere.
