That idea has been around for a fair few years. Great for weight reduction but may be illegal on Australian roads, although you could get it engineered and passed that way. |

I wouldn't bother with that particular one. A 20% weight loss isn't anything to write home about. and those discs are far to big for a fwd car. Rear discs bigger than the fronts never looks to crash hot to an engineer. Have a look at the force racing ones, that's a nice looking rear beam and trailing arms. |

same but without the disks on it, so $1206.51 makes it cheaper but still needs postage.... thought about it, but as has been said, big brakes at the back arnt good (unless your in reverse) you can get 7" disk kits to fit on, which if you have the big bake kit on the front (9") then the ratios would be a bit closer, or maybe put a bias valve in to make the fronts do the work.... http://www.minimania.com/web/Item/MT360 ...
