Lockie91 wrote: TheMiniMan wrote: is there a usable reverse gear in it ? haha i dought it... Ok guys, a bit more detail for you. Yes it has the conventional reverse in situ. The rod change shown in the video is stock, no changes at all, with a standard lever assembly, not quickshift. Reverse is in the standard place. Flat shifting is easily achieved with the addition of a load cell such as those produced by dynojet for motorcycles. This will need to be linked to an ECU or a bespoke ignition/fuel kill device. Dove tailed dogs are not a problem provided the shift kill is set appropriately. Our thinking at this time is that an optional gear-position indicator will be incorporated as a cost option. No prices as yet but the aim is to make it competitive. This is a properly engineered piece of precision kit. Sorry to leave you hanging but work is continuing as we speak. More info soon....... |
