Has anyone used the Typhoon or Storm engine management ECU and software from Specialist Components, AT Power, etc..?

I have the software but it is not installing properly on my PC's, I tried to install it on Windows XP and Windows 7 both install OK but won't run.

Has anyone else had any experience with this product or software?

Thanks.

I couldn't get mine to work, kept getting a your software is out of date message. I have just got back from the USA and apparently my mate has emailed specialist components and got it working while I was away.

Sorry can't be of more help till I chat to him later

No forum that I could find. I emailed them and they are sending out a new disc. I tried it on my wifes netbook and it worked, yet it won't work on my pc. Frustrating...

Yes it is. Megajolt software works on it though.

Works on my wifes Eeepc notebook.

megajolt software is a different animal... I'd be asking them directly if they have issues with the software on 64 bit computers

where do you download the software?

They send it to you on a CD, (I don't know why the whole software is under 2 mb), it looks similar to the Megajolt software but with a LOT more options for adjusting advance and fuel load based on external inputs and ability to control a few more outputs.
