How would a 1 3/4 Carbie go on a 1100 Engine (freshly rebuilt, unleaded conversion, extractors)

Other than that the mechanicals are fairly standard apart from a few misc. upgraded parts.

Would it be too big for an 1100 ?

What would the power increase be like compared to the stock (and very much dying) 1 1/4 carbie ?

Its it worth the money to upgrade to a 1 3/4 or just get the 1 1/4 rebuilt ?

Any hep is appreciated, Thanx!

i was going to do the same thing and put on the 1 3/4 su on cause i have a 1 3/4 inch manifold, but i was told the jet is 1.0 and the other smaller su's are a .90 jet size, the guy said it wouldnt run properly, but could you just screw in the .90 jet and needle or will it work fine with the 1.0 jet, and also what needle would be recommended

run a 1 1/2 inch su up to about 70hp at the fly
a 1 3/4 will be better on a worked engine (i need one), but just waste fuel on anything stock under 1100cc

just do what big willy does, and pull the choke out to richen the mixture for drag strip starts or something.. (do not do this :D)
