You could fit an electric brake lock. Fits into the hydraulic line and works via a 12 v actuator. From what I understand you flick a switch and apply the brakes... The brake lock act as a one way hydraulic valve, therefore holding pressure in the circuit after you take your foot off. There are a number of companies. Maybe try mico.com, not sure of cost but probably not too expensive.. Anyway... That's what I would do |

Line lockers and hydraulic handbrakes are not legal as parking brakes for road use. (but line lockers are very effective anti theft devices) |

the car has an engine in the boot [there are photo,s on this site at recent mini show, brg car ] cooper 7" setup is slightly narrower than 7.5". i,ll put some photo,s up when i work out how.i,m told the car was on fletch,s program dunno how much detail is visible |

yeah me too,probably had drums which would make h/brake easy,but engineer is saying discs, wondering if honda caliper could be adapted to mini swivel hub ,has anybody tried? |
