it might seem like a weird Question But Can i replace a Clubman Brake booster with a Gemini brake booster. if i did this would it steal power from the engine and stall it out or should it run fine? Does anybody eles have different Brake boosters running on their car's?
Regards
Darken.

DarkenMini, if your booster is stalling it out, either the air valve or the diaphragm has a leak in it.
Repair kits are still available.

no the booster isnt stuffed or anything its the brakes. I have to pump the brake at least twice for them to start griping its one of the major things that i need to get fixed for my RWC. im thinking of getting my master cylinder resleved and maybe bleeding the brakes and putting fresh fluid in. the guy who i got the car off said he has replaced the shoes in the drums but he didnt manage to get them working effectively. on the gregorys manual i got with the car i can barely read the typing under the greasey finger prints.

a booster won't solve those problems ^^^^

Sounds like you need a new master cylinder ($100 ish from Karcraft) and maybe wheel cyliders as well.

Drum brakes are FINE when working they way they should.

there are some square headed bolts on the back which if you dont adjust properly the pedal needs pumping

If you rekit the MC like you said and it's still behaving like that, replace both the rear wheel cylinders. When the seals get old they can suck air in. I had this problem, so did 13secmini.
Also, if you are considering getting front discs, I'd go for 5/8" Cooper S rear cylinders instead of stock 3/4", which lock up too easy with front discs on.
