"We are offering a 15% discount on the first heads (1634€ 24% VAT, 1318€ 0% VAT, + shipping), and should there be problems, we will give a 50% discount on a head with the problems fixed. (for design problems such as head cracking, oil buildup issues, etc)
Normal sales price is 1550€ + VAT (1922€ with 24% VAT for EU shipping addresses, 0% VAT outside EU) + shipping."

Problems? LOL

Trust the finns, I was just over there in February staying with some distant relatives of a friend and their 12 year old son was driving around on the ice lake in his first car, manual and everything, pulling on the handbrake around sharp turns on the racetrack his dad made with the tractor on the frozen lake.

Pretty impressive design work there. Wonder if they'll do a 1275 version?

We really are spoilt for choice these days with new developments still coming on song all the time. Could never have dreamt things would be kicking on so well more than 45 years after I bought my first Cooper S.

You're installing one into your mini. Or you could do this and keep the subframe standard;
Bit of a work in progress...

1298cc, SHOC, 7000 RPM redline as standard, 30kg lighter, 8 port cross flow head, cheaper than making a new "A" series engine blah blah blah :)

I'm surprised no one has simply produced a standard alloy block.
