Hi team

Just wondering what the general consensus on the best 7.5 brake disc for racing is, currently running crossed drilled , these are due replacement wondering If I should try slotted ?

I am also due to upgrade pads , have gone for the 4 pot ferodo pads from KAD

no experience, but I think someone once told me that slotted rotors are intended for rallying as it helps keep dust from sticking between the pad and rotor... not so much need for circuit where the cross drilling helps with cooling

in short:

Vented over solid
Drilled is only for the looks
Normal (vented but not slotted or drilled) in low risk of foreign debris (ie track)
Slotted for dirty applications (ie rally or dirt roads)
