Wanted more control over the power output, without the need to change pulleys.
Got offered good money for my kit, couldn’t say no.
I originally wanted to turbo, but went with the supercharged option as it came as a kit.

Things are moving along, ordered a maniflow 2” exhaust system, turbo fuel pressure reg, Gt1752 turbo, and an Avonbar turbo electronic dizzy......keeping things simple.
Cylinder head has been finished at engine shop. New stainless MED race valves, 35.7/31, new bronze guides and full race porting.
Chambers, at this stage are 25cc.
New GR266SS cam is on its way here from Graham Russell, looking forward to that bit for sure.
Still on the hunt for a turbo hif44, May end up just buying it new.

Do you need to cut and box the firewall with that setup?

No, it’s called a low mount setup, no need to cut and box.

There has been no mention of it, but I’ll be applying some protective heat shielding to be safe.
Considering a turbo blanket, doing more research first.
