Is this a MK1 booster or not, i think the bracket is correct, but not sure!

Is the bracket right though, if it is, it's bent 90°.
And it's missing the loop bracket at the other end.

It definately looks like a Lockheed 5.5" servo, correct for a Mk1. The rear bracket has been bent and is bolted back-to-front on the servo. As the Doc says, the front bracket is missing. There are other applications for this servo, some have a different bore size but, because of the bracket, there's a good chance it's off an "S".
