Got a new pair of Dunlop DO1J 165/50/12's today, about the closest thing to bling tyres you can get, pity the won't look like this after i do a tarmac motorkhana on them on Sunday :cry:

they only come in 12's, dunlop formula R's come in 10's

There a legal road tyre they have a wear indicator, price, weeeellllll one of my good mates works for dunlop motorsport, they retail at $180 each, but i got them for much less :lol:

Are u sure the profile is 165/50/R12????? I just looked up the Dunlop Website and it states the spec is 165/55/R12 with a RRP of $165ea......???

There my 2nd set now & they are great, but i only use them for tarmac motorkhana's so i have no knowledge of them as a road tyre.

When there's 1-2 seconds in a class win in a motorkhana, i care about how tyres work, not how they look, but then again beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

For Hay i will again be using my A539 Yokohama's, pretty good tyres for Hay i think, well last years results in the khana & Hay hero's should back up that they are good tyres :lol:
