So which is the better option?! Currently have the plastic 11 blade but it's FUBAR! So have the 11 blade plastic and 16 blade metal lying around. Thanks

New from the UK and wanting a NICE little British car!

I like the metal 16 blade ones for a couple of reasons:
1. They were designed for Australian conditions.
2. The blades don't bend with the heat.
3. They don't throw blades off (the old white nylon fan was worst for this)
4. They are quieter than the plastic ones.

My 1360 (86.6HP ATW) never ever gets too hot, it runs the 16 blade with a reconditioned Oz CooperS/Mini-K 3 core radiator.
