What are you intending to do..just a quick clean up or full resto..trust me Ive seen worse...if you think you can fix it yourself get but if your not confident get someone that can weld..it wont be a 5 minute job but it is doable just do a panel at a time and dont go nuts with a grinder it looks like it just needs plating here and there if its just something to tinker with get it...Seriously Ive seen worse..does it run?

im concerned with the gutters, that is rusted through.... can you replace gutters or is that replacing the whole roof job?

im an amateur when it comes to this, but the poor thing is sitting in the rain and he doenst have space for it undercover, id like to save it if i can but i dont want it to be sitting in my garage for 12 months either. Im happy to sand back the rust myself and bog it up etc which shouldnt be that hard, but if the panels are rusted through then im in strife haha. I think the gutters and the roof really is the main issue, just not sure how to do either...

Honestly dont know how much as I do most of my work...But with the way Minis are going up it would be worth doing..If you cant do yourself get a couple of quotes its also an S spec and Clubmans are pretty scarce on the ground now...to me it looks worse than it is...if its too much then I would suggest looking for something else but these days a good clubman your looking at $8000+

Just remember. Rust is like an iceberg. There is a lot more hidden under the surface.
