I was told the seat was out of a countryman but not sure.

Speedo looks like a late Moke one to me (orange needles and 160km/h) in a Mini K/Mk2 S dash.

3 Gauge cluster looks identical to my Mini K

that's definitely not a rear seat from a mini traveller/countryman/estate - maybe out of a japanese minivan like a tarago or something

That seat could be rear of a Moke maybe? Its quite narrow. None of mine have ever had one so couldnt be sure. The vinyl pattern looks very similar to my '77 Honda Civic though.

The binnacle looks like Mini K, but the speedo in Moke.

That rear seat is out of a Suzuki sierra. but can be fitted as a rear seat in a Moke with some small bracket Mod.
