Hello All,
For what it's worth, I found the BMC listed lengths for plug leads to suit the 23D4 distributor too short on leads one, two & three, & way too long for the coil lead (mine is mounted on the generator).
The lengths on my car from centre of 90 degree plug cap to the cut end of the lead are as follows.
# 1, 325 mm. # 2, 315 mm, # 3 225 mm, # 4, 245 mm, & the coil lead overall is 205 mm.
Naturally, these lengths are for the side entry cap.
