Anyone that has used Photobucket as a cloud based platform to store photos and has then inserted them in a blog (such as this) using the [Img] function will notice that the photos are now not shown.
Photobucket was a free service paid for by constant running advertisements (which were annoying but kind of expected if you use a free web-based service).
They are now trying to extort money from users by charging a $400 USD fee ($526 AUS) to "unlock" any and all photos hosted by third party websites (think Ebay, Gumtree .......as well).
Unfortunately, now this means that no-one can see any pics I've ever posted on Ausmini as most came from Photobucket
I'll be cancelling my Photobucket account ASAP and I'm guessing that a lot of other people will as well.
