Well, after the mishap of a few weeks ago, Slidey has gone under the knife (or should that be sanding block and spray gun???) and is currently undergoing sugery.....

Getting the roof, bonnet and panel below windscreen wipers resprayed, as well as brush touching the various nicks and chips before the Mini Muster on June 12....

Was over the painters this arvo cutting the roof back to get a few imperfections out, needless to say the finish is A1 :wink:

^^^^^^ Smokie, yeah the bloody hole took a s(*tload of paint and still would not fill right :roll: .

Nah came out good, bonnet will be done tomorrow and the valance will be done Sunday, have him back Tuesday hopefully, then the finer details begin :wink:

Christ i dunno Cush............ my mate has a whole heap of pinchers, pliers and other bits and pieces to get the rail as straight as possible, although we couldn't get it perfect :cry: ........ not happy, but s*&t happens i guess :wink:

MiniVan..... apparently it is De Beers 2 pack, the colour is Brilliant Black.......... that is all i know.

About 300-350ml has gone into the roof...... how many coats went on i have no idea :?
