Real shame, pistons are gorgeous, 73.5mm forgings, very exotic :(

The ring land has broken, looks like part of it was broken or cracked / missing for some time, dark area can be seen.

I am hoping GR has a spare from someone elses misfortune, or it means another block and new pistons

This racing game is for mugs :? or rich blokes!

Are you sure? What brand? They look a lot like Hepolite Powermaxes from here!
If so, I'm sure GR has some...
If not, bung some 73.5 Hypatecs in it!
Around $290/set.
Of course that's if you can sleeve the bore...

Bugger! you're right again! the machining and way the bosses for the pins are cast made me think they were forged!

I'm tired! only finished stripping it 1/2 hour ago, 3 sync box is a bit worn, 1st and the Laygear are buggered. Cam is Kent M/D 310

Now I can see piston numbers! definitely cast  ah well maybe more chance of a spare!! :)
AE 20695A ?

Thanks Kev! :P

You're dyslexic... or Karcraft are:wink:
20659 is p/no. in Karcraft's book, $143 each- but I bet GR has a few good S/H ones.
