I won't say.
This old Vane dyno is a bit of a dynosaur.. no printout, and calibration might be suspect. Good for tuning only.....
But GR says it's equivalent to about 120HP on his engine dyno. 8)

I'll be in for that, I'd like to know what Lillee is doing now before the head goes on :)

As discussed, once mine is sorted and run in I will be there.
Better wait until after I get the corolla rockers I guess.
:D

It wouldn't be "Ausmini Spec" without corolla rockers

Got the RE282 cam today. It's probably got too much lift for my 1.58 rockers, so if I fit it to Ha-Ha's 1360 motor I might have to swap 'em with Barney's Corollas (1.46)! :P

Nah- I'll run it like it is- keep this cam for next time!

So the lift is too high then Kev? How much lift would you get on 1.46 with the new 282?

Do you mean too much lift in that to keep that cam and the 1.58 rockers you would have mill valve reliefs in the top of your pistons :?:

I ask cause I had been meaning to ask about this, that is what sort of lift cam can you use with 1.5 and or the corrolla rockers (assuming the head has not been skimmed dramaticly) or the block decked too much ie a normalish compression ratio

I guess I am asking how careful do you have to be about the valves hitting the pistons and should I normally get away without having to get valve reliefs :?:

No they won't hit pistons but could make the springs coil bound. My springs will handle .495" lift max.

what does the number refer to when talking about rockers
im understanding the higher the no. the higher the lift the more amount of gas rates
