The drivers side of my wife's 71 Clubman loses hydro pressure & sags down after a few weeks, i took the skjid plate off today & discovered a small fracture in the pipe, where the pipe bents around the front edge of the floor.

Does anybody know how or someone that could repair the pipe in the car thats in Sydney????. As the thought of dropping down both F&R subframes to put another pipe in makes me want to spew.

Any help/advice will be happily recieved.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

I vaguely remember split sleeves that slide over the tubing...but if it isn't just local damage....and it has split in one place it may be prone to splitting elsewhere....

Measure the pipe, go to Pirtek or Enzed and get some `swagelok' fittings and some new hydraulic pipe. Then cut the old bit out, slide the fittings etc on, and do up. Instant repair.
Or take the whole pipe, and they will make you a new one. 8)

Cut as much pipe out as necessary to get to clean pipe. The fittings won't seal if pipe is crappy.
