i don't have parts, but if you get in a bind and need a place on the northside, you could try MR Automotive at Redcliffe. they can be a bit expensive though, so just be mindful. if it's too much, you may be better off elsewhere.

goto a bike shop or kmart etc and buy a bike brake cable. use your exsising outer sleeve and replace the inner. Once you get chance buy the correct buy one. but this will get you out of trouble.

nav i use bike brake cables two reasons they are cheaper and you can get them in colours other than black

oh and make sure you get the one that has been solderd on the end stopss the wires from coming apart

thanks guys but it's for the trip home tonight if the last strand brakes.

A friend of mine had his cable snap coming out of the toll booth on the M2 motorway in Sydney. Imagine the traffic banking up behind him!!!

All the way home i was only touching the accelerator enough to get to 60 then just took it easy.

Much like driving an 850 really :D

I called them and they had none and told me to try mr auto motive in redcliffe.

But i decided to steal a brake cable from my mountain bike so NAV is mobile untill i get one.
