Hey all i have just bought a mini k it has really rusty floor pans it came with new ones there pot rivited in so i know i have to take them out and weld them in but i dont know how to weld it or what with.
The rust also goes up the wheel arches so theres big crusty holes and gaps

Always helps to fill out your location. If people can see where you're from, they can tell you who to visit to get something fixed or get some advice.

I'm hopeless with bodywork but I'm sure someone on here can help you.

You need to beg borrow or steal a MIG welder. Easiest method is to lap the new panels over the old by about 10mm and stitch weld them in. If you have no experience with a MIG then get someone who has used one to help you, it's easy as long as the mig is set up right.

I assesed the problem last night and its not quite as bad as i first thought but thanks for the help guys .
