I Guess I have to sponsor the "Blown Small Block Challenge" category ?

But can I then Win it as well ?

Guess I'll be the only contender... as usual..... 8)

But Seriously, I'm sure our company can stretch to one.... I'll sponsor the "People's Choice" award........(not the most powerful, but everyone's favourite... selected by everyone at the end.. ok ?)

Hell, I'll even throw in a Free Half-Hour Massage for the winner......but, you have to travel to the Central Coast to Collect !

Brad, If you need details, drop me an Email at the usual address....

J

now yuor talking, trophies etc.
These trophies are brilliant we had some at the nationals 3 years ago and far exceed most of the plastic trophies of yesteryear.
If you run out of sponsors i will put my name on one, but im sure people like GR and Minikingdom/spares etc would put $50 in the hat for them.
let me know.

thanks for the response guys...

Well looks like we have found a sponsor for the awards and who better then the best mini engine builder in north parramatta (jokes) Graham Russell.

Thanks guys for the offers on dipping into your pockets for them but graham has kindly put hes name on 3 of them.

James i think since there is no one else in your group (unless josh runs NOS) that you will be put it the big block catergory with a limit on boost for competition, after you run up a number on the nominated boost, then you can turn the wick up and see what the beast will put out,,,,sound fair or am i way off?????

I was thinking of 8psi on the 998cc would be close to a 1400cc capacity?
Would it be better to run it in the turbo class?? with mine and grants?

Anway there is going to also be a peoples choice award on the day for all competing minis, this is sponsored by me. So get the spanners out guys and try to find that extra 2-3hp that may get you one of these trophies and hopefully a picture in The Mini Experience

Brad, also, what Trophy do you want Me to sponsor ?

Not a Mini Business per se, but I'm pretty sure the "other Halfs" could do with some relaxation after we tell 'em our latest breakage / bill .......

:P

####### news brake ########

I have just been booked in for a special car detail tomorrow morning i thought you guys maybe interested in. It is a tall, pretty good looking tv presenter that drives the best car in the world :D yep Catriona Rowntree is getting her minis cleaned by me.

I will be taking an AUSMINI flyer with me and my camera phone to take some happy snaps. I will also see if she would like to join us on the 10th of sept for the dyno day 8) .

Without wanting to sound over the top, Brad, you're doing an awesome job organising this day - you should come to the car club!!!!!

I'm going to have to do some work now to make our Dyno Day even half this good
