Yeah, I should be there regardless of whether or not the beast is back on the road, should be good to watch.

If mine IS ready, I'm hoping it will already have been run on GR's dyno so It will be interesting to compare Engine with chassis dyno.

Well guys and gals this is what we will all be aiming for on the 10th. Big thanks goes out to Graham Russell for sponsoring the 3 power catergories and James (kazjim) for sponsoring the peoples choice award. There is also one other award that will be unveiled on the 10th.......

Good point.
2nd stir-
OK so there are some fast Clubbies  but most of these don't run an A series!
Must be all that extra weight of the front panels & bonnet I guess.. they need to change the motor to make it GO..

I couldnt find an oultine picture of a round nose anywhere, only that clubbie. Then when i was getting them made the company doing it said they may have a mini on file but not sure what it looked like so i just did it on the peoples choice one not knowing what it looked like.

Plus clubbies are better :D :D :D

I'm coming, however as my set wheels is a mazda :( , I obviously will be sitting on my hands for the day.

Therefore I am putting my hand up to help out in whatever way possible on the day (with the BBQ, anyone need a lift from the airport, massaging egos destroyed on the dyno  ) . If you need a hand, just PM me and I'll be happy to assist. :)

I know what the last one is its a cloth to wipe up the tears when the motor goes bang.
Its just a ploy to make you think there is another trophy under the cloth but mean while there isnt. ha ha ha.

I dont think the last picture is a traveller van its a mk1 mini with the sliding windows.
AND ITS A ROUND NOSE.
