hi all, my names Paul. Just thaught id start of with my first post, so it might as well be here. after a owning a 77 leyland s for the lat 2 years i've finally found the time and a little bit more importantly the money to start working on. current project is a rebuild of the interior, which has included the removal of rust from the floorpan. I've also smoothed the floorpan - removed the channels and will be fibrglassing it for strength. A pair of WRX seats have be bought and I cant wait to get these in. Currently searching for a jap dash to install, I'm leaning towards one out of a late model daihatsu charade. if anybody has any suggestions about the dash conversion then i'm all ears.
thats it for now

Paul

Hi everyone

I am nursemini, this is my first long in, in my name instead of drmini.

Now I can join in on the conversations.

I own Barney, replica Cooper S, Green not drmini.

I am on the look out for a mini van, I am in negotiations for 2 at the moment but I dont think they will let them go.

You will see me on when dr mini is not because we share the same computer, I will have to get my own soon

Love to all minis

Wendy

Hey all

My name is Alan , just joined ausmini Forum recently . I live in Bunbury in WA and have 2 mini's , both 1970 models , a Mini K and a Mk2 Cooper S which i am currently restoring . Mini K is at the moment having the rusted front floor panels replaced , after which it should be ready for registration . Cooper S , i have nearly completed the interior , new carpets , trim etc , and just painted the engine bay ready for the motor and g/b to go in , that is after front subframe comes out , to do brakes suspension etc , and new paint job required (seems never ending doesn't it guys) . I will post some pics shortly of progress on both cars

Welcome AJ-Just one question...When is the car show that you have in Bunbury?
From memory its on the main oval,I would like to drive the LS to Bunbury, and maybe stay
overnight,then attend the Car Show.
Thanks.
