The joy's of owning a mini. Go her back on the road & she kicks tail. Bit hard getting out of a truck & into her must be the huge bonnet on the mini Ha Ha Ha. NIce to meet you all & hope you can make it to the Wagga Mini Muster 29th & 30th October This Year.

Hi all my name is steve. I don't own a mini yet but are in the market to try and find one.
My current car that is nearly sold is a 1989 Imported Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg AWD with 2.0L turbo conversion. Is quite a rare car (only a handfull in the country). The wifes making me sell it because its costing too much in fuel. So I thought well if I have to sell it I'll get a mini. Its been a long time dream of mine to own one.

I've done a bit of drag racing in the past in my old car and ran a best time of 13.3@104m/h. When I get a mini I think I'll be more interested in a bit of circut time than drag racing though.

It would be great if you guys could give me some tips on the best places to find Minis for sale. At the moment I'm looking for one in the 4-5K mark.

Anyway thats me, by the way - great forum!
