My clubman has not been started for a few weeks and now will not
i am getting fuel to the carby, the battery is full of charge. it turns over but will not fire I have checked the spark and it seems ok.
Any ideas ?

Make sure you're getting a full 12 volts at the coil. Check the plug leads. How old is the fuel in the tank - unleaded starts to go off after about six weeks.

also check your points and all wire connection..thery could need cleanning up :wink:

got it started after i had charged up the battery. lots of grey smoke from exhaust though-any ideas what this might be?
