Some (at least) cars that have rear disks also have a smaller drum brakes on the rear as well and the handbrake operates these smaller drum brakes.

Stick with 10" wheels I reckon minis belong on 10s IMO

ok,,,the whole idea of these is not really so much for the braking efficiency , more for the lightweight-ness

That entire KAD rear trail arm & braking assy is just so way much lighter than anything it`s wild

& yes, there is handbrake facillities fitted to the calipers if you look a little closer,,,

KAD have done their homework here & are a very well thought out & manufactured item indeed.

I would love a set of them, yes, but i allready made my own

The other factor involved here is that you would want to have an adjustable brake pressure limiting valve fitted in-line so as to be able to adjust rear brake pressure depending on wet or dry or dirt applications
