as you guys all know what happened to my mini, i won't have to talk about that anymore, so i can now look forward and put that all behind..start thinking about the future

hopefully i can buy my old mini at the auction for very little and use some of the parts on my next mini (maybe even the motor if im really lucky :? )

So im hopeing to pick up a shell in reasonable condition, paint it a really nice colour. (this won't cost much with the help of my neighbour) and i can use parts from my mini, and sell what i don't need..then get rid of my old shell once its all stripped.

well thats just the thoughts for now, let me know what you guys think :?

That's the spirit Aussie, great to see you dusting yourself off and ready for another project. :) Use the experience and good bits you gained from this car to build an even better one next time.

(warning - a bit of humour coming now that you seem to be over and 8) with what has happened :D )

I reckon you should get one of the those roundy vans with the vent in the roof. it should make installing the periscope alot easier for any u-boat missions. :D :D

Merry christmas to ya,

 Nice SHINY GOLD LS sitting here in the driveway.
I'm actually looking at it now.
Great little car that one.
Nice pink seat covers, shiny Contessas, sweet little exhaust.
Has the worx mate, the worx.

I know this isnt to a lot of you guys' taste, but have you guys seen the new mazda 6 "canary" yellow? i recon it would look sweet on a mini, its so shiny, and sparkly, could be pretty nice on the next shell
