1. All members of ausmini should have a location in their profile. This will stop confusion, especially when posting for sales.

2. Please limit signature pics to 100h x 300w (in pixels) (1 picture only!).
NEW - Your signature can't have more than 3 lines of text (which includes BLANK lines).

3. Posting pictures requires the pictures to be no wider than 600 pixels. This will keep the time for viewing down, and will also keep the browser frames intact so you don't have to scroll across to read a post. If the picture is bigger, please post the link rather than having the image in imgage tags. A better option is post smaller thumbnails which link to the full size image.

NEW
4. Defamatory posts or posts that resemble defamation about companies will be either modified or deleted. Even if the alleged post is "true", the post will be modified or deleted.

NEW
5. Be nice!

Awwww, I think that should be Rule # 1

Seriously, if you have a personal issue with someone, then PM them.
Don't subject everyone else to it by posting it in a thread about something else

My 2c.

Most of these post's wouldn't have to be deleted, if a few people calmed down a bit. Seriously threats behind key boards are lame. I don't consider anyone a hard case from behind a computer.

To be honest I think posting in the right section needs to be enforced a bit more.. ie:
http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12241 it does get annoyinig sometimes

well ill give poee credit, i have read some messed up threads and when i came back they were gone and for good reason, i agree some people do take it a lil to far, after all arnt we here just to talk about mini's and to talk to people with a common interest as us, YES differences in opinions will arise, that is why we are who we are, we enjoy modifying cars, whether restoration or total modification, it is all an expression of individuality, and just because someones wheels/bumper sticker, is different to yours doesnt mean sh!t, its just wat tickles there fancy!

Have a nice day

dial-up warning

ok..I'm getting my head around posting issues. One question though...how come some (most) members have little subheading of what seems to be their engine size (998cc, 1275cc) under their thumbnail. Is this a label that is added when thumbnail pic is added as signature?
