There was a special order of travellers (woodies) that were badged as Austin Minis, they had Cooper disks and some other bits, which were used by the English embassy, then sold off. There is one that lives near me in Wodonga.... so the Mini Minor badged cars might have been the same deal
The last of the 850s with windup windows (made after Mini Deluxe was released) were badged as Mini Minors. Gov't bought a lot. Ended in `67 I think. Memory is a bit hazy...
