Anyone know the bolt size for the front subframe front 2 bolts?

I need to know urgently so i can get an eyebolt for a towhook for the supersprint on Saturday.

just measured it on a few different subframes here and the hole size is 3/8 UNF.

Thanks all.

I ended up getting some M10 x 100 and M12 100 316 stainless eyebolts as these were the closest i could come up with. If i have to drill out the hole a bit that's OK. I have to paint them yellow as well, cause the car is red :roll: Otherwise the tow truck guys won't be able to find them

There will, of course, be photos uploaded after the event on Saturday.

hey guys where exactly do these bolt too??? i need to get some sort of tow point put on the front of my mini.

Can you do anything with the bolt that holds the tierod on? so i dont have to put any holes in my car :D

Put an eyebolt in where the subframe bolts in at the front. :wink:

Yeah it must still have the front 2, surely!
Just above the tie rods, two 5/16" UNF bolts.. :wink:
