hello, can someone make me a sig ive tryed and failed and dont seem to be learning very well...

ive gt photoshop elements 2.0 (have no idea if thats the right program but thats wat ive been using, well trying to).

i want to get a piccy of elvis, ive been using this site for pics

i use the Adobe CS2 package, what else do you want on your sig, colours, a mini???
