one way of deseaming is to tape the seam over then use bog to smooth it if i was going to do it i would weld plates inside were you can access the seam

Hard to do it and not have it look tacky.. if you deseam the whole car, the body's curves don't blend well. Add more bog then I guess.. :lol:

Deseaming is now illegal in NZ - presumably due to it being poorly done and being hard to examine or test for integrity. Some people just bashed the seams over and bogged it.

I used to like the look of a deseamed (except for the roof) mini, but now I don't - it's the old school thing of exposed seams that makes the car, IMHO.
